You will be charged $37.99+ taxes for the initial box (FIRST BOX) when you sign up.  All box renewals are automatically charged on the 20th of the month prior to your next box. You may, however, cancel, pause, or skip a month.  If you choose either one of these features, you must do so prior to the 15th of the month prior to the subscription box month.

Yes, you’re free to cancel or pause any time, BUT cancellation of your initial box (FIRST ORDER) MUST be made within 48 hours of placing your order.  To cancel your initial box order, go to your customer account portal, click view details to cancel your subscription, or shoot us a simple email at fjsbcreations@yahoo.com . To make sure your request does not go unnoticed, please be sure to type in the word CANCELLATION in the subject line.  For recurring orders, you have the option to cancel or pause your subscription.  Go to your customer account portal, click view details to pause or cancel your subscription  or shoot us a simple email at fjsbcreations@yahoo.com . If you choose to cancel or pause your subscription by email, to make sure your request does not go unnoticed, please be sure to type in the word CANCELLATION -or- PAUSE in the subject line. To avoid being charged for the next upcoming box, please make sure to submit your cancellation or pause request prior to the 15^th of the renewal month (that’s 5 days before your scheduled renewal date).  Not doing so will result in your card being charged for the next box.  Once payments are processed, refunds will not be available. Cancellations/pauses cannot be made once your card has been charged.

Absolutely, you can! We get it…. you may already have enough wrapping supplies…. you most definitely can skip a box. Just log into your account portal, go to your subscription settings, click manage and select "Skip Next Delivery" before your next renewal date.  You can also email us at:  fjsbcreations@yahoo.com, and we will update your account as needed. If you choose to email us to “skip next delivery”, please be sure to type in the subject line “SKIP NEXT DELIVERY” to make sure your request does not go unnoticed.  NOTE:  Skipping a box is not the same as pausing your subscription.  Skipping a box means skipping the next box, whereas pausing your subscription is to pause your subscription for a limited time.

Subscription boxes are shipped via USPS or UPS, and shipping cost is determined by USPS or UPS scheduled fees.  The subscription box is priced at 46.99+tax+shipping cost.

Because our boxes are tailored to seasonal gifting trends, we work fiercely to get your box to you in a timely manner.  Therefore, we ship our boxes within 2 weeks of receiving payment.  All subscription boxes ship on January 2nd, March 2nd, May 2nd, July 2nd, September 2nd, and November 2nd.  Shipping dates may vary based on seasonal schedules. You will receive a tracking email the moment your box leaves our warehouse so you can watch it every step of the way.  Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays once your package ships, but we're here to help if things go wrong.
